Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate and complete financial records.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support corporate tax processes, including the preparation of documentation and filings.
- Manage sales tax activities by reviewing transactions, calculating obligations, and assisting with submissions.
- Help compile information required for corporate tax return preparation and related compliance tasks.
- Use SAP to record accounting activity, generate reports, and monitor financial data integrity.
- Assist with month-end and period-end close procedures to keep accounting timelines on track.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve day-to-day financial operations.
