We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting the month-end close process, managing key technical accounting areas, and contributing to system and process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, hands-on experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842, and a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Remote to start then will move to hybrid shortly after.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the month-end and year-end close processApply strong technical accounting knowledge, including ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 842 lease accountingPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedulesAssist with maintaining and improving accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsSupport audits and assist with preparation of audit-ready documentationPartner cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reportingParticipate in accounting system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiativesHelp drive efficiencies in reporting, close, and overall accounting operationsFor immediate consideration regarding the Plant Controller role, please send your resume to Molly Helfer Waldman.
