And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.
Heres What Youll Be Up To:
Flying solo (with support when you need it): managing journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations like a boss.Taking ownership of monthly close processes, because clean books are beautiful.
Reviewing balance sheet accounts and hunting down discrepancies like a spreadsheet sleuth.
Supporting HOA accounting with precisionyes, you know your way around general ledgers liketheyreold friends.
Tag-teaming with the budget process, turning numbers into insights with flair.
Creating ad-hoc reports that make decision-making look easy.
Assist the controller with audit by preparing rock-solid schedules and workpapers for external auditors.
Acting as the go-to for financial consistency, transparency, and "wow, that was fast" accuracy.
Youre Great Because:
23+ years of accounting experience (hospitality experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit supportBachelors degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting systemsStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlinesClear and professional communication skillsA collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusion and respectLets Make It Count:
