Time About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of hands on accounting experience , exceptional QuickBooks proficiency , and strong Excel formula and data analysis skills . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, takes ownership of their work, and can manage accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage full?cycle accounting, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Maintain and optimize QuickBooks company files, chart of accounts, and reporting structure Perform advanced Excel?based financial analysis (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX?MATCH, pivot tables, nested formulas, data validation, etc.) Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Assist with year end closing and external audits Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional accounting experience Expert?level QuickBooks skills (Desktop and/or Online) Advanced Excel proficiency , including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling Strong understanding of GAAP Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and month?end close High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in multi entity accounting Familiarity with inventory accounting, job costing, or manufacturing Knowledge of additional accounting software or ERP systems, Fishbowl(warehouse inventory) What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and professional work environment

Pay Details:
