Requirements :
Experience in Construction Minimum 3+ years' experience with full-cycle accounting Experience with QuickBooks Desktop required Experience with Paradigm ERP a plus Understanding of AP, AR, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
Job Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Accounting Ownership:
Perform and understand end-to-end accounting processes including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and general ledger maintenance.
QuickBooks Desktop Expertise:
Maintain working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop including account setup, reporting, customer/vendor management, and troubleshooting accounting discrepancies.
Accounts Payable Management:
Oversee AP processes including vendor setup, invoice coding, approvals, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and follow-up on discrepancies.
Support manufacturing and inventory processes including raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), finished goods tracking, inventory reconciliations, lot tracking, and cost analysis. lnter-company
Accounting:
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, loans, transfers, and balances.
Month-End Close Support:
Assist with monthly and year-end close activities including reconciliations and reporting.
