We support privately held companies, family owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, charter schools, and individuals across Florida and the United States. Our team provides audit, tax, consulting, valuation, and advisory services across industries such as real estate, construction, medical services, hospitality, manufacturing, nonprofit, and retail. As a Tax Staff Accountant or Tax Senior, you will prepare and review tax returns, support client engagements, and contribute to the accuracy and quality of our tax practice while developing your technical and professional skills.

What You Will Be DoingPrepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofitsAssist with tax research, planning, and compliance projects across multiple industriesSupport engagement workflow, documentation, and workpaper preparationCommunicate with clients to gather information, resolve questions, and provide updatesCollaborate with seniors and managers to ensure accurate and timely deliverablesWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred2-5 years of public accounting tax experience, depending on levelWorking knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and common tax formsStrong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlinesAbility to communicate clearly with clients and work effectively in a team environmentWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
