full-time Staff Accountant | North Palm Beach | Hybrid A high-growth health and longevity company is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing Finance team and report directly to the Controller. This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Schedule:

Onsite 2 days/week

Compensation:

$80,000-95,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support cash flow forecasting and working capital tracking Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP and process improvements Support audits and other projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP system Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Experience with Business Central, SAP, or Oracle is a plus For immediate consideration, please reach out to Kelly Lucey directly at klucey@daleyaa.com.
