Property Accountant

Randstad is seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Accountant for a thriving property management company at their Southeast HQ in Pompano Beach. This role is best suited for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or related field and with Property accounting experience. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package including health insurance fully covered by the company, 401k with match, PTO and rental property discounts.

salary:

$67,000 - $77,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

PMeducation:

BachelorsResponsibilities Manage the full accounting cycle for an assigned residential property portfolio.

Produce key financial statements, including monthly/quarterly financial packages and the annual budget.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of year-end adjustments/billing for common area costs and realty taxes.

Complete accurate bank reconciliations and assist Accounts Receivable with tenant account reconciliation and outstanding collections.
