Position:

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a timeshare property. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , takes pride in leading by example, and can motivate a team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and support the housekeeping team to ensure all units and common areas are cleaned to company standards Assign daily cleaning tasks and ensure completion within established timelines Inspect rooms and public areas to verify quality and readiness for guest arrivals Train, coach, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and consistency Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; report shortages or maintenance issues to management Ensure all safety and cleanliness procedures are followed Communicate effectively with team members, front desk, and maintenance departments Lead by example with professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Previous housekeeping supervisory or lead experience in a hotel, resort, or timeshare environment strongly preferred Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent guest service Able to work on your feet and perform physical tasks as needed

Compensation:

$17.00 - $18.00 hourly rate How to
