Operating out of their Fort Lauderdale, FL location, this role is a phenomenal opportunity to manage full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of commercial and mixed-use real estate assets.

PMeducation:

BachelorsResponsibilities General Ledger & CAM Reconciliations:

Maintain day-to-day general ledger activity, input journal entries, maintain fixed asset software (FAS) for depreciation, and execute annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations according to lease terms.

Financial Statements & Reporting:

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, variance exception reports, and budget schedules to ensure head office transaction accuracy.

Balance Sheet & Tenant Reconciliations:

Perform monthly/quarterly compliance, vendor, and tenant account reconciliations, proactively untangling any account discrepancies.

Budgeting & Audit Support:

Partner with Property Managers during annual forecasting cycles and assemble supporting working papers for external quarterly and year-end audits.
