Cost Accountant:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costs, product costing, and manufacturing variances.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and control processes.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations.
- Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights and cost improvement recommendations.
- Support audits, management reporting, and special projects.
Cost Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including cost accounting exposure.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
