Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to work closely with our CFO and accounting team. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong accounting foundation who also enjoys problem solving, improving processes, working with technology, and taking ownership of projects. The ideal candidate understands the accounting behind the numbers but is also comfortable stepping outside of traditional accounting responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can research an issue, work across multiple systems, help connect financial and operational data, and bring both problems and potential solutions forward. This is a full-time, onsite position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning, and is comfortable managing a variety of accounting, financial, and systems-related responsibilities.

Analytical Problem Solving:
Dig into financial and operational data, identify issues or unusual trends, research the cause, and recommend solutions.

Help evaluate and improve the flow of financial and operational data between accounting, payroll, CRM, and other business platforms. Assist with software implementations, system integrations, testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and development of more efficient processes.
Systems & Data Management:
Work across multiple software platforms to help ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and consistent between systems.
Job Cost & Margin Analysis:
Assist with job costing, labor allocation, gross margin analysis, and investigation of job or departmental variances.
