Back To Results Bookkeeper/Accounting Staff Job Description Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant at their Duluth office. The firm is experiencing solid growth and is looking to hire immediately.

Position details as follows:

The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelors Degree 3+ years of accounting and tax experience, including individual tax return preparation (business returns a plus), Reconciling bank and credit card statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable and loan accounts, maintain fixed assets, record depreciation, process payroll, and sales and use tax. Ideally, this candidate embraces technology and works well in a collaborative environment. It would also be an advantage if this candidate is proficient in QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office Suite. The firm will provide training for continuing education and software used, as well as professional development. QuickBooks proficiency will be determined through testing.
