We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our financial operations, with a heavy emphasis on utilizing NetSuite for reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement. This role will have a direct impact on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while participating in strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Oversee general ledger activities and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting operations.
- Assist with external audits and tax preparations.
- Implement process improvements for financial systems and controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with NetSuite ERP.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CPA or CPA track preferred but not required.
