Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Prepare, review, and approve reconciliations for: Bank accounts General ledger accounts Sub-ledgers Intercompany accounts Suspense accounts Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts. Prepare monthly financial statements, including: Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Statement Cash Flow Statement Budget vs. Actual Reports KPI Dashboards Executive Financial Reports Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to executive leadership.
