We are a full-service CPA firm committed to delivering personalized accounting and tax solutions to businesses and individuals. We value integrity, accuracy, and long-term client relationships. We're looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Staff Accountant will support our clients by preparing financial statements, managing general ledger activity, performing reconciliations, and assisting with tax preparation and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries Prepare business and individual tax returns Analyze financial data and ensure compliance with GAAP Prepare payroll tax filings and sales tax returns Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve questions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent training and experience required Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and Online and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management abilities

  • Friday 8:00 a.m.
  • 5:00 p.
