HOTEL REVENUE SPECIALIST
CORALVILLE, IA Kinseth Hotel Corporation manages full-service and select-service branded hotels, as well as independent resorts, across the Midwest. We're looking for a data-driven,petitive Revenue Specialist who knows how to turn market insight into bottom-line results. What You'll Own
  • Set and adjust room rates and package pricing to keep our hotelspetitive and maximize revenue
  • Build demand forecasts and pricing strategies based on market trends, seasonality, and booking patterns
  • Trackpetitor pricing and local market conditions to spot opportunities before they close
  • Partner with sales and front desk teams to align pricing with real-time reservation trends
  • Design promotions and campaigns that drive incremental business
  • Own inventory management and deliver clear, actionable revenue reports to leadership
  • Run weekly revenue calls with each property in your portfolio to review performance and align on strategy
  • Monitor daily rates, OTA positioning, and parity across all channels, adjusting as needed
  • Track local events, group business, and demand shifts that could impact pricing day to day What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in the hotel industry
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
