Job Description

About the Role Carpetland USA is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. Based in Davenport, this full-time position plays a key role in keeping our multi-location business running smoothly—from assisting with accounts payable to coordinating installation schedules.
Schedule:
Standard Hours:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00
PM Late Shifts:
1-2 days per week from 10:00 AM•7:00
PM Weekend Support:
One Saturday per month from 9:00 AM•5:00
PM Key Responsibilities Accounting Support:
Assist with accounts payable processing, daily sales reporting, and receipt tracking.
Operations & Scheduling:
Order materials, schedule carpet installations, and process inventory receiving records.
Clerical & Data Management:
Handle high-accuracy data entry, answer customer and vendor phone calls, and manage general office tasks.
What We Are Looking For Technical Skills:
Above-average 10-key speed/accuracy and strong phone communication skills.
Work Ethic:
High reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Process-Driven:
Willingness to learn, adapt to, and consistently follow established company procedures.
Organization:
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$19.00•$22.00 per hour
