Job Description
3 days onsite per week for the first 4 weeks; thereafter, approximately 1-2 days onsite per week.
Required Education
Required Education
- Bachelor's degreeRequired Experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Cash application experience
- Comfortable resolving discrepancies and communicating externally with clients and insurance carriersResponsibilities
- Support commissions, revenue, and cash application activities
- External communication via email with clients and insurance carriers
- Assist with policy builds
- Work within Oracle to research and resolve overpayments and underpayments
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies
- Accuracy and attention to detail are important due to interaction with client-facing teams
- Looking for someone dependable and comfortable working within a team environment
- Team currently consists of 9 individuals, including the manager
- The team is building out a cash application system
