Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Accountant to lead our accounting department. Overseeing daily financial operations, manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensure compliance with GAAP, and provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities Manage accounting:

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial reporting and 401k.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Compliance & Tax:

Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and financial statements.

Team Leadership:

train and supervise accounting staff.

Process Improvement:

Implement operational efficiencies and upgrade financial controls and software systems.

Qualifications & Skills Education:

degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

Years of progressive accounting experience

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP / accounting systems.

Process Improvement:

Implement operational efficiencies and upgrade financial controls and software systems. What We Offer Competitive Salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience. Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits. 401(k) matching and paid time off and vacations.
