Job Responsibilities + Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, regulations, and contracts. + Prepare, reconcile and balance financial transactions; + Communicate with personnel and vendors to resolve billing or invoicing errors/discrepancies, research, solve problems, and/or obtain information. + Identify and correct errors and discrepancies; + Maintain logs, ledgers and journals; + Develop ad hoc reports, worksheets, spreadsheets and other financial documents; + Analyze, research, forecast and reconcile complex financial documents; + Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and policies. + Coordinate travel for district employees. + Communicate with the internal and external customers.
Minimum Qualifications Experience:
+ Researching and compiling financial information and preparing summaries and reports; using personal computers to enter, retrieve, and edit financial data.
Good Knowledge of:
+ Financial Record Keeping.
