SENIOR ACCOUNTANT NEEDED WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday

ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsible to plan, organize, and perform professional level accounting and budgeting duties. Applies generally accepted accounting and auditing principles and procedures in the work performed. Works independently with minimal supervision; will learn and interpret laws, rules, regulations, and policies and apply them to specific cases with good judgment. Performs complex analytical studies accurately, in a timely manner, and draw sound conclusions. Communicates effectively both orally and in writing, acting as a lead worker to other staff in the Finance Department, and maintains cooperative working relationships, demonstrating sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population. Position manages department in absence of Director of Finance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; a minimum of three years' experience as an accountant required, experience working in a health care and/or nonprofit agency or related experience preferred; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; previous training and experience utilizing accounting software required; valid driver's license as required by HONI policy required.
