SENIOR ACCOUNTANT NEEDED WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday- Friday.

Responsible to plan, organize, and perform professional level accounting and budgeting duties. Applies generally accepted accounting and auditing principles and procedures in the work performed. Works independently with minimal supervision; will learn and interpret laws, rules, regulations, and policies and apply them to specific cases with good judgment. Performs complex analytical studies accurately, in a timely manner, and draw sound conclusions. Communicates effectively both orally and in writing, acting as a lead worker to other staff in the Finance Department, and maintains cooperative working relationships, demonstrating sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population. Position manages department in absence of Director of Finance.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; a minimum of three years' experience as an accountant required, experience working in a health care and/or nonprofit agency or related experience preferred; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; previous training and experience utilizing accounting software required; valid driver's license as required by HONI policy required.READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
