- Prepare Board agendas, meeting packets, minutes, resolutions, contracts, and legal notices.
- Maintain official records and ensure compliance with Idaho Open Meeting and Public Records laws.
- Maintain QuickBooks, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, monthly financial reports, checks, cash flow, and reserves.
- Prepare annual budget, L-2 levy, Truth in Taxation documents, and required financial reports.
- Collect, verify, and submit payroll information; maintain personnel, leave, benefits, workers' compensation, and unemployment records.
- Coordinate audits, insurance, State Controller reporting, and records retention.
- Serve as the primary office contact; maintain filing systems, correspondence, office supplies, and technology.
