Learn more at www.esgcorp.us. About the Role We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Associate to support our accounting and daily office operations. This role also provides general assistance with human resources, marketing, and project documentation. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare payroll information and assist with payroll processing.
- Maintain bookkeeping records and reconcile bank statements.
- Support office administration and communicate with employees, vendors, and clients.
- Assist with human resources, marketing, and project documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, prioritize competing requests, and handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications
- Experience in accounting and administrative support, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is also required
- An associate degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred. Compensation and Benefits
