Administration What you should bring to the table: Obiter Research is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accountant to join our corporate office! In this role, you will assist in any or all facets of Finance for a chemical manufacturing company, including but not limited to: accounts payable/receivable, experience with full-charge bookkeeping preferred oversee filing the company's tax requirements assist as needed with business development/marketing assist with maintaining licenses, contracts, and collection efforts support related-tasks with the purchasing coordinator and logistics manager. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting AND/OR a minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced accounting environment using QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software. Demonstrated customer service experience and evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to key 50+ WPM Exhibit sound judgment and decisiveness while anticipating problems and taking initiative Excellent time management skills, as evidenced by the ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Work Environment:

Though Obiter Research is a chemical manufacturing company, your workstation is located in an office environment. You must be comfortable with sitting at a desk/working on a computer for extended periods of time throughout the day.
