Job Description and Expectations:

About the candidate: Compass Holding is seeking an experienced accounting controller/field auditor to ensure and maintain integrity and internal control across multiple Compass divisions.

About the job:

Examine financial records, systems and operations for accuracy, efficiency and compliance with laws and GAAP standards. Identify risks, noncompliance and report findings and recommend improvements to management. Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to management in maintaining compliance and establishing internal controls. Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers and with affiliated Compass businesses.

Qualification requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting. Minimum 5 years in senior accounting roles. Active CPA designation a plus. Ability to measure, evaluate, and act on results (financial and operational). Ability to demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and accountability for maintaining integrity, internal controls, and compliance.
