Process and code vendor invoices by project and cost category Maintain job cost accounting records and reconcile accounts to the general ledger Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities Manage accounts receivable activities, customer payments, deposits, and collections Prepare journal entries and support month-end close procedures as a Staff Accountant Assist with financial reporting, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations Support lender reporting, construction draws, and CPA documentation requests Collaborate with leadership on accounting projects and process improvements typical of a Staff Accountant position Qualifications for theStaff Accountant:
5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or Staff Accountant experience, preferably within construction or real estate Strong understanding of job cost accounting and general ledger reconciliations Proficiency with QuickBooks Experience managing accounting activities across multiple entities Ability to work independently while handling the diverse responsibilities of a Staff Accountant Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills required for a successful Staff Accountant $60,000 - $80,000 #INSEP2026Benefits
