full-time A well-established company in the construction industry is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Accounts Payable & Job Cost Coordinator to support project accounting, accounts payable, and job cost administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in keeping projects organized and financially on track. Key Responsibilities Process vendor and subcontractor invoices Code invoices, job costs, and project expenses accurately Maintain subcontractor records, lien waivers, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation Support certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting Assist with employee timecard review and job cost tracking Help ensure accounting records, approvals, and documentation are complete and up to date What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, project accounting, or construction accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or a similar accounting system Strong Excel and data entry skills Knowledge of job costing, invoice processing, and subcontractor documentation Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Why Consider This Opportunity?
