ResponsibilitiesProcess and post customer payments accurately and timely.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
Conduct collections activities while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
Research and resolve payment issues and unapplied cash.
