Your Role:
Senior Accountant As a Senior Accountant , you will be a key player in our accounting and finance team , supporting daily financial operations and driving efficiencies . You'll work closely with the Accounting Manager, Staff Accountant, and clerks to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and continuous improvement in processes. ????
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end close , bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and journal entries Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance Lead invoice auditing and support AP/AR oversight Support cost accounting functions - standard costing, purchase price variance (PPV), and inventory reconciliation Work with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and ensure costing accuracy Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP ( D365 experience a plus! )
What We're Looking For:
? 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing) ? Strong understanding of cost accounting, BOMs, and inventory reconciliation ? Proven ability to drive process improvements and bring in fresh ideas ? Tech-savvy - Comfortable using ERP systems, Excel, and automation tools ? Longevity & Stability - A track record of commitment and growth in previous roles ? Team-Oriented Mindset - Able to step in as a go-to leader without direct management responsibilities The Hiring Process Step 1: Virtual interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager Step 2: On-site meeting with the Hiring Manager & Controller
