Track sales data against established state-specific tax nexus thresholds; assist in the preparation of tax data for remittance in accordance with jurisdictional requirements. Prepare and record standard journal entries for revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operating expenses; support senior staff in reconciling accounts for month-end and year-end closing. Maintain digital records of inventory valuation across warehouses; compile data to help senior management calculate inventory turnover rates and identify aged stock. Review customer refunds, merchant chargebacks, and shipping claims under established protocols to document revenue leakage and report identified patterns of concern. Process accounts payable for beauty brands and logistics providers; assist in the calculation of landed costs (freight, duties, customs) to help determine product margins. Compile data and generate weekly reports for standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), for review by management.
