Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting (42935) Our client is a well-established, multi-entity organization seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to join their corporate finance team. This role will play an integral part in the preparation of statutory and GAAP financial reporting, while supporting consolidation activities, external audits, and financial analysis across multiple entities. Half days on Fridays (all year), free lunch, on-site gym, and promotional opportunities!Responsibilities:
Prepare statutory and GAAP financial reporting, including schedules, disclosures, and supporting documentation Support quarterly and annual consolidation activities, including elimination entries, workpapers, and financial statement preparation Assist with audited financial statements and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits Perform variance analysis to identify significant fluctuations, trends, and potential reporting issues Research accounting and reporting guidance to ensure compliance with applicable standards Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting processes, strengthen controls, and ensure accurate financial informationQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or public accounting background preferred 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and general accounting principles Experience with financial statement preparation, consolidations, and audit support Experience within a highly regulated, multi-entity, or complex organization preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPay Transparency Statement:
