The Accounting Intern participates in a Work/Study or Summer Internship Program - up to 20 hours a week while going to school and up to 40 hours a week when on break. The Accounting Intern will work with the Accounting team in the areas of Cost, Cash, Fixed Assets and/or Corporate Accounting, etc. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Accounting and have an interest in pursuing a career in Corporate Accounting upon graduation.Position Responsibilities:
Perform and accomplish tasks, activities, and projects with guidance from Intern Manager Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines Develop technical expertise as needed for functional area Develop business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn Apply functional academic knowledge and skills to the specific internship position with a professional approach Collaborates with members of their designated team and builds relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company Other duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:
High School Diploma /General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
