Why This Role Rocks Join a high‑impact Accounting team where accuracy meets innovation. In this role, you'll help ensure rock‑solid financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and scalable accounting processes across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with Accounting, AP, Transformation, and business partners while supporting over 700 restaurants, the Support Center, and supplier partners. If you love blending technical accounting with process improvement and automation, this is a seat at the table you'll want. What's On Your Plate Accounting & Close Activities Prepare and manage company‑wide invoice accruals in accordance with GAAP Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations and variance analysis Support the monthly close process with timely, high‑quality documentation Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting materials Accounts Receivable Perform AR reconciliations, adjustments, aging, and reserve analysis Partner with AR and business teams to ensure accurate revenue accounting Analyze trends and variances in AR balances and metrics Automation, KPIs & Process Improvement Identify and implement automation opportunities for accruals, reconciliations, and reporting Partner with the Transformation Team on system enhancements and finance modernization Support finance and accounting KPIs, dashboards, and leadership reporting Serve as a trusted accounting partner and subject matter expert across teams Your Recipe for Success Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2-4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, and reconciliations Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience preferred Bonus points for Basware, D365, Fintech, and/or Concur Experience with automation or accounting transformation initiatives is a plus Detail‑oriented, analytical, and process‑improvement minded Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross‑functional partnerships
