• Senior Accountant:

• Own the full lifecycle of fixed asset and lease accounting activities in accordance with GAAP
• Track capital projects including capitalization, depreciation, impairments, adjustments, and disposals
• Manage right
• of•use asset and lease liability accounting including modifications and disclosures • Lead month•end close responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards • Determine proper capitalization versus expense treatment for various project and asset types • Maintain accurate asset and lease sub•ledgers and related financial reporting schedules • Partner cross•functionally to ensure operational project data is captured accurately in financial systems • Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function • Prepare audit•ready schedules and documentation for internal and external audit requirements Experience Preferred•

Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in fixed assets, capex, lease, or technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP including capitalization guidance and lease accounting standards
• ERP system experience required along with strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast
