Primary Purpose The Sr Manager Strategic Planning will lead large team (individual contributors and managers) for ComEd Transmission & Substations (T&S) Engineering and Operations initiatives and projects which analyze, develop, and implement plans of major strategic impact such as audits, regulatory strategies and processing, benchmarking assessments, reliability analysis, data analytics, utility operations and engineering artificial intelligence and machine learning adoption, performance measurement, regulatory compliance, process improvements, acquisitions and long-range business strategies for an energy delivery business. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. Primary Duties Lead the analysis, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives and plans to improve and evolve T&S Engineering and Operations departments. Lead and Manage strategic departments focused on analysis and analytics Support Senior Management in facilitating the integration, assessment of the integrity, consistency, and appropriateness of various strategic and business plans Evaluate, analyze and educate senior management of the financial and business process implications associated with special projects and initiatives Work with Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development to integrate Exelon corporate initiatives and strategies with business unit objectives and plans Job Scope Reports to the ComEd Director of Transmission and Substations Engineering and is responsible for the safe work performance of an organization of over 25 employees (individual contributors and managers).

Expresses ideas and presents information that is accurate and to the point Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (economics, finance, accounting, engineering or other applicable discipline). Ten or more years of relevant experience such as strategy, business planning, business case modeling experience In-depth understanding of the business, including inter-departmental and external stakeholder relationships Skills and experience of interacting at all levels of the organization including Senior Management Skills associated with strong project management, teamwork, integration and facilitation in dealing with cross functional and cross department groups Skills in financial valuation, analytical and performance measurement tools and applications Demonstrated skills with PC applications and presentation programs 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree in Business Administration or Quantitative discipline Project Management Certificate Benefits Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $150,400.00/Yr. - $206,800.00/Yr. plus an additional $25K in Long Term Incentive Plan annually.
