Job Summary Landers Automotive Corp is seeking a welcoming and highly capable Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations. Please note that this is a 100% in-office position located at our corporate office and is not a remote position. About the Role As a Senior Accountant , you will hold a high-impact leadership position, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. We are seeking an approachable, patient leader who combines strong corporate accounting expertise with a passion for guiding others. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day department operations, ensure financial precision in a fast-paced environment, and provide ongoing mentorship to our accounting staff. Key Responsibilities Apply 5 years of required accounting experience to drive operational excellence and guide daily department workflows. Oversee all daily operations of the accounting department and manage payroll tax reports. Prepare comprehensive financial statements for review and present forecasting strategies to the Board of Directors. Maintain high attention to detail to recognize, address, and correct financial mistakes promptly. Apply up-to-date knowledge of current corporate accounting practices and standards. Provide patient training, coaching, and support to build staff capability and confidence. Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience required. Solid fundamental understanding of core accounting concepts and business processes. Experience or background working with Sage accounting software is a strong plus. Strong detail orientation and proven ability to multitask under dynamic conditions. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; depth of practical experience will be strongly considered in place of certification. Experience reviewing financial records for audits or fraud detection is a strong plus. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
