Overview We're looking for someone to fill the role of a part-time Accountant at our firm. In this position, your main responsibilities will be to process payments, transfer funds, close files and answer questions for our clients. What you'll do Receive & process payments of various types (checks, credit card, cash) Answer phone calls and keep clients updated on their cases Enter transactions in our case system CMAX and Quickbooks Close out old files by balancing the accounting and sending out invoices Basic qualifications Basic computer skills and experience with programs such as Gmail, Word & Quickbooks Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred qualifications Previous accounting experience Why you'll love it here With a small team, we highly value teamwork, collaboration and communication.
