Property Accountant:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for assigned properties
- Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and general ledgers
- Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Process journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments
- Partner with property managers and stakeholders on financial matters
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and process improvements Qualifications for the
Property Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-3+ years of accounting experience
- Property management accounting experience required for one opening
- Experience with Entrata or RealPage is a plus
