$78,000 – $85,000

Property Accountant:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for assigned properties
  • Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and general ledgers
  • Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
  • Process journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments
  • Partner with property managers and stakeholders on financial matters
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and process improvements Qualifications for the
Property Accountant:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3+ years of accounting experience
  • Property management accounting experience required for one opening
  • Experience with Entrata or RealPage is a plus
