Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting operations and financial recordkeeping. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Help maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Prepare sales tax and other routine tax documentation as directed. Assist with annual audits and provide requested documentation. Identify discrepancies and work with management to resolve accounting issues. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience at a similar position preferred
