We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support grant accounting, fund tracking, and financial reporting in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Review, code, and post bank transactions, deposits, credit card activity, and vendor invoices Allocate transactions to the appropriate GL accounts, grants, departments, locations, and funding sources Track grant spending and ensure expenses are accurately coded for reporting and compliance purposes Research discrepancies, gather supporting documentation, and resolve coding questions across departments Maintain accurate financial records and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes Qualifications Sage Intacct experience required Experience with Bill.com strongly preferred Background in grant accounting, fund accounting, or nonprofit accounting preferred Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and SUMIF functions Ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining exceptional accuracy What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys solving accounting puzzles and digging into transaction details Strong analytical and problem-solving skills An adaptable professional who is open to process improvements and new ideas A collaborative team player who works well across departments High attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial and grant reporting Why Join Us?
