Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This applicant will be expected to juggle a host of busines matters and complete job functions efficiently and on-time. Experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Suite and Google is highly recommended. Responsibilities Assist with General Ledger Accounts Receivable and Outsourced Payroll Accounts Payable Back Up to Purchasing Maintain and Help manage Projects Experience Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the finance sector. Strong background with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as some google sheets. Strong understanding of financial report interpretation and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes and payroll management. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks, is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast financial trends effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
