We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support key accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and month-end close. Key Responsibilities:
Support monthly accounting activities, including billing and accounts payable review Manage fixed assets, including purchases, disposals, and depreciation schedules Perform bank reconciliations and research outstanding cash items Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations Assist with month-end close, variance analysis, and quarterly management reporting Develop workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure compliance with accounting policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA preferred Strong Excel and accounting/ERP systems experience Knowledge of GAAP and ability to research technical accounting matters Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple entities, projects, and deadlines If you're a proactive accounting professional looking to grow in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
