This is a full time position with benefits and overtime pay. We offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced CPA or CPA candidate who is ready to grow and take on new roles in your career. As a Tax Accountant II, you'll be responsible for preparing the moderate to complex tax returns for businesses and individuals. You should possess skills to communicate directly with clients and co-workers. You should be proficient in Quickbooks Online. You will have the opportunity to train with senior staff and work closely with management/partners. What you'll be doing: Working directly with business and individual clients regarding their tax returns Preparing corporate, partnership, individual and trust tax returns Growing skills and knowledge of tax laws and accounting procedures Becoming familiar with clients' businesses and industries Provide accounting and bookkeeping services for small business owners and management What you'll bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting At least two years of experience in Public Accounting Eligible to sit for the CPA exam or actively in the process of sitting. In the alternative, working toward the Enrolled Agent exam. Enjoys direct contact with clients, facing new challenges, and learning new skills.
