Job Description

Review service billing for time-and-material, quoted small jobs, and time-and-material not-to-exceed work prepared by the billing specialist before submission.
Monitor accounts receivable, coordinate collection follow-ups, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare journal entries reconciliations, month-end schedules, and audit and tax support.
Provide backup support for payroll processing, accounts payable processing, and payment preparation as assigned, subject to appropriate review and approval controls.
Complete other projects as requested by the Accounting Manager or CFO.
PROJECT ACCOUNTANT AE
is seeking a Project Accountant to own all project and AIA billing, oversee service billing prepared by the Billing Specialist, and provide broader accounting support as the company grows. This position works closely with Account Managers, Construction Managers, and the Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage all project and AIA billing, including schedules of values, progress billings, retainage, milestone billing, and other contract based invoices.Review service billing for time-and-material, quoted small jobs, and time-and-material not-to-exceed work prepared by the billing specialist before submission.
Monitor accounts receivable, coordinate collection follow-ups, and resolve billing discrepancies.
