Finance Manager / General Manager-Finance
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned
  • Effectively fulfills the duties assigned on the Department Job Assignment Sheet
  • J-SOX (schedule internal audits, maintain and update audit templates, maintain RCM modifications & coordinate with external auditors)
  • Update any changes provided for Policies & Procedures
  • J-SOX reporting as needed at monthly Management Review meeting
  • Reconcile Inventory monthly
  • Inventory Participation - Quarterly (as assigned)
  • Complete Monthly Account Reconciliations
  • Notify TRAD NA of Monthend dates & reminder of Operational Monthend Checklist
  • Reclass journal entries
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation and financial month end check list
  • Maintain Monthly Updates & Summary for Prepaid Projects
  • Collect "Prepaid" customer data and combine into specific projects
  • Attend R-3 meetings with summary information regarding profit/loss on project discussed. Also, gather any additional information. (Especially who owns the tooling, SOP date, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or concentration in Accounting from a four-year college or university; or a two-year associate degree or equivalent combined with two plus years audit related experience.
