Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to daily accounting operations by assisting the team with core financial tasks and maintaining consistent workflow support.
- Participate in the month-end close process by preparing information, reviewing balances, and helping the team meet reporting deadlines.
- Reconcile several bank accounts and investigate discrepancies to keep cash records accurate and current.
- Maintain reliable financial data by updating records and supporting the integrity of accounting documentation.
- Assist with accounting entries and analysis related to prepaid expenses, accruals, and trial balance activity.
- Provide broad accounting assistance while the department addresses project work and resolves outstanding items.
