The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and supporting overall accounting functions. Duties Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices. Ensure all invoices are accurately entered into the accounting system and properly authorized. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable and other general ledger accounts. Maintain organized records of all transactions, supporting documentation, and audit trails. Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues or payment inquiries. Support other accounting functions as needed, including assisting with journal entries and account reconciliations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience or familiarity with accounts payable processes is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in accounting software systems and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
