WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Full-cycle accounts payable and receivable for a portfolio of clients
• Month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Accrual accounting and general ledger maintenance
• Financial statement preparation, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting and analysis
• Multi-state payroll processing and sales tax filing for client entities
• Collaboration with the broader team on tax-related work during busy season

Requirements:

WHAT YOU BRING

• A degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus — extensive full-cycle experience may substitute for a degree
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping experience (7+ preferred) — public accounting is not required, and private-industry and corporate accounting backgrounds are welcome; multi-client, multi-entity, or client-facing exposure is a plus
• Strong experience with full-cycle AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, payroll and sales tax, and heavy QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Organized, communicative, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative team
