Job DescriptionJob Description Responsibilities:

Financial statement preparation and review Reconcile bank accounts weekly and monthly Perform quarterly balance sheet reconciliations Prepare weekly sales trend analysis reports Provide backup support for accounting clerks when necessary Prepare weekly check voucher requests Record adjusting entries to general ledger accounts Record monthly depreciation and amortization expense and maintain fixed asset system 2-3 times a month travel to C-Store to perform cash audits Serve as backup for approving fuel orders, setting fuel prices, and posting fuel transactions in absence of Cost/Inventory Accountant Other accounting administrative duties as deemed necessary by
